The Subject Of You & I!

You are not mine, nor am I yours to keep
But we are for each other to share.
I can't make you stay; stay because you want to.
I want you to stay but if ever you wish to go, I will set you free.
If ever I feel the same, wish you will do the same for me.
These sentiments are based on the concept that if you truly
love someone, you should be willing to let them go and also the priciple of equality!
So, all you need to know is that when you walk in through my doors
everything in this house is at your disposal.
Likewise, when you invite me through  your gates, I expect the same
curtsey I have shown you.
Because, without the strive for equality, it will always be a battle
of who'se got the upper hand.
With such mentality conflict will always be the driving force in a
relationship.
Every relationshiop needs a driving force but conflict will force you
to drive each other apart.
Seek resolution to the conflicts, which in turn will bring you closer.
Unless one is able to view his/her counterpart as equals, there will be
no resolution but only confrontation.
Some confrontations are good; adds some spice to the relationship. 
One thing that we need to be aware of is, to never let the confrontations
end in bitterness, rather, let it end somewhat sweet, because accumulated
bitterness can kill the strongest of love. 
My only intention in this matter are to draw us nearer and think much
clearer from where we already stand.
